Late afternoon early dinner I ❤️Aussie Lamb Caravan is still ongoing, we are heading on to our last 2 resto I’m Angus and Chesa Bianca.
Chesa Bianca Swiss Restaurant in Makati, Philippines, serving traditional European-Swiss dishes in a cozy, rustic setting.

The best part is when we start to taste the dishes.

For appetizer
✔️ Lamb Carpaccio lamb loin is sliced, marinated for flavor, blended with olive oil, sea salt & parmesan. Garnished with crispy fried straw potatoes. It really serves as good appetizer

Main Menu starts with

✔️ Apulian Style Lamb Sugo this dish is served on Casarecce pasta with parmesan cheese, minced lamb stew in olive oil, tomatoes, vegetables, red wine & herbs, to match.

✔️ Chesa Bianca Lamb Stew an authentic swiss recips it’a slow-cooked in red wine, with onion, garlic & thyme, mushrooms on top served with spaetzli.I enjoyed this dish so much.

✔️ Lamb Shank “Ticinese” is braised with red wine herb sauce, served with polenta and vegetables. You will surely love it’s tender and flavor

✔️ Grilled Lamb T-Bone is served with rosemary butter, red wine gravy, Swiss rösti & vegetables.

Ambiance at Chesa Bianca offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for dates and business meetings, with a Swiss cottage ambiance and a log cabin design.  Very cozy and vintage.
