Youngest IFEX Philippine Food Influencer Awardee
Franchesca Espinas Builds Office to Empower Creators
At just 26 years old, “Chesca Espinas” has built a name for herself not only as a content creator, but as an entrepreneur, brand ambassador, and advocate for fellow influencers.

From viral brand deals in 2021 to now managing 50 creators nationwide, Espino is proving that influence can be scaled — and shared.

From Solo Creator to Agency Owner
Chesca’s journey began during the boom of brand collaborations in 2021. What started as personal opportunities quickly turned into a mission.

“If I’m enjoying this opportunity and this life, why don’t I share it with other influencers that I can help?” Chesca said in an exclusive interview.
She started small, working with nano and micro influencers.
“They deserve a shot in this industry regardless of their follower count. If I was able to do it for myself, why can’t I do it for other people?”

Today, her agency represents 50 content creators across Metro Manila and the provinces, helping businesses with marketing, promotions, and store launches.

Teamwork Behind the Brand Deals
While her team of Social Media Managers, or “SMS” handle pitching to brands, Espinas takes the lead when it comes to client relations.

“They take the initiative to pitch to brands,” she explained. “But when it comes to talking to the client and understanding what they really need — whether it’s promotional, ads, or a concrete store grand opening — that’s where I come in.”

Building a Physical Home for Creators
In less than a year since launching, Espinas agency is now constructing its first physical office — a milestone she calls both challenging and fulfilling.

“It’s one of the perks for our in-house influencers,” she said. “They’re welcome to do content anytime. They can stay there, and in the future we can do photo shoots or meet and greets.”

The move marks a shift from online-only operations to a dedicated creative space for the agency’s growing roster of talents.

Recognized for Impact
Espinas influence has not gone unnoticed. She was recently recognized by “IFEX Philippines”as one of the country’s Food Influencers.

She also serves as Social Media Ambassador for the Rotary Club of Marikina East and works as a Beauty Ambassador for several brands.

“During the awarding, DOT and DTI were there,” Espinas recalled. “That’s when it hit me — this is real. My influence has impact.”

Looking ahead, Chesca envisions a more corporate and established agency within five years.
In ten years, she hopes to balance career success with starting a family.

But for now, her focus remains on growth and community.
Her advice to others her age is simple but firm:
“Go lang ng go. Wag kayong panghinaan ng loob. Magtiwala kayo sa sarili niyo na kaya niyo, regardless of age. Minsan i-judge ka kasi bata ka pa. But it depends on what you can bring to the table.”

“Coming from Miss Chesca, at a young age she’s already a successful entrepreneur and ambassador,” “This kind of story inspires young professionals to keep going.”
